Download 'Global VPN Client v.4.9.9.1016 for 32 or 64-bit Windows OS' and install
 
Install 'vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0290-k9.exe' 
(If it doesn't install automatically extract all files and run as administrator'
