Run the Delete and Recreate Brief Tables ... script first. 


That will re-initialise the brief tables etc up to the clarion version for Build 78 / SAM4.


Then the NewBriefFunctionsAndProcedures script will bring it up to "build 79" i.e. the WinDev version.
