Please run the script NewActionIDAndTrackReferenceCode.sql before implementing build 5.4.6.8

While it is recommended to move the entire organisation to 5.4.6.8 at the earliest convenience,
the database changes and the software are backward compatible, so a phased roll out is possible.

Build 5.4.6.9 includes a fix to prevent the software changing Priority, Category etc on Dictation actions when the user picks a different Action Code
